Our headquarters in Bratislava provides back-office services for NOVIS markets across Europe. We would like you to join our team to increase our flexibility and capacity to fulfil various tasks for specific markets.

Your job responsibilities may include any of following tasks:
• capturing the insurance contracts into internal systems
• communication with employees, distribution partners, brokers and/or clients in specific markets including handling their requests and/or questions
• being part of the business development project team (drafting documents in EN or local language, translating the company documents and templates, gathering data about target market, etc.)
You should be able to work in English speaking environment; limited knowledge of Slovak language is not a major issue. On top of English / Slovak language, we prefer candidates with some of the additional languages – see below, ordered by our preference:
1.) German, Italian
2.) Hungarian
3.) Czech, Polish, Finnish, Swedish, Icelandic
We expand our business to new countries every year and thus we appreciate any other language as well.
This is entry position, which gives you detailed insight into the operations of insurance company and we do not require any experience or knowledge of financial / insurance industry.

Administration of insurance policies:
• reviewing of the insurance policies and their amendments in terms of the correctness and completeness and capturing them into the information system
• processing of the technical and non-technical changes in the insurance policies
• communication with business partners, brokers and clients
