The Administrator will undertake the payroll and HR services, invoicing and minimal reception duties in order to ensure that the Company’s services are provided in an effective and efficient manner.
• Administration of new starters in Exchequer and setting up of timesheets.
• Processing weekly timesheets and holiday requests.
• Producing Payroll Reports for external accountant.
• Sorting out employee bills and assisting in the preparation of accounting documents e.g. scanning and filing.
• Processing Purchase invoices in Exchequer against delivery notes and orders, scanning and filing of all required documentation.
• Reconciling Supplier accounts and setting up payments in bank and processing through Exchequer
• Providing External Accountant with VAT and Statutory Account information and supporting documentation.
• Responding to travel requests – handling all aspects of travel for employees of the Company following the guidelines set out in the Company travel policy.
• Maintaining up to date travel records.
• Manage and maintain all Human Resources data, records and reports.
• Ensure all administrative paperwork is up-to-date and accurate.
• Provide advice and guidance to staff on issues relating to terms and conditions of employment.
• Handle all new starters, inductions and exits from the Business.
