Job Purpose and Scope
This person will be responsible for creating, leading, and driving initiatives to grow the Ingram Micro Logistics and Lifecycle services in the most effective and profitable way in Slovakia with the purpose to gain new customers within and outside the Telco market or other related business with full end to end supply chain processes.

Essential Job Responsibilities
• Source new business through traditional methods
• Produce and manage an effective new business pipeline
• Present a professional company image to all customers at all times
• Assist with customer queries in a timely fashion
• Be responsible for commercial negotiations and pricing & profitability
enhancements
• Give presentations and complete tenders, coordinating with other regions for
the RFQ/RFP (Request for Quotation/Request for Proposal) process
• Provide timely and accurate business information, reporting and forecasting
• Liaise with Operations management teams to ensure new business
requirements are planned with adequate resources available
• Ensure customer agreements and ‘statements of work’ (SOW) are produced
and distributed to the business when and where required
• Take responsibility for projects within the business such as new service
offerings
• Assist in the implementation of large and strategic new business
• Share best practices with the other IM countries

• Degree in either Business, Economics, Sales & Marketing, Logistics, Finance or
equivalent through experience
• Knowledge in Third Party Logistics (3PL)
• Good understanding of Finance and Activity Based Costing / Pricing / Margin
• Project Management experience
• Experience in Business Process Improvement
• Strong PC skills, especially Excel & Powerpoint
• Fluent in written and spoken English, comfortable using this as working
language
• Any other European language is an asset
