• Liaising with Slovak and international investors, directors, administrators, auditors, legal counsels and other third parties;
• Administration of Slovak and international companies and SPVs;
• Organisation, preparation and attendance of investor meetings, board meetings, AGMs, etc. and preparation of briefing papers and reports;
• Preparation of investors’ and agents’ correspondence, calculations and presentations;
• Providing fund administration services as controlling and assisting with the investment, call and distribution processes, undertaking of banking, investment and financial transactions;
• Monitoring costs for different branches and strategies of the company;
• Assisting with the production of management, interim and audited accounts;
• Ensuring that the related companies comply with statutory and regulatory requirements, compliance monitoring;
• Ad hoc tasks and analysis related to business.
