- Overseeing and managing the accounting team (4 people) to ensure effective and accurate financial record-keeping for the company
- Ensuring accurate and timely preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements, in compliance with accounting standards
- Ensuring timely completion of audits, and implementing recommendations to address any identified issues
- Overseeing tax planning and reporting
- Developing and maintaining accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls
- Supervising and managing the accounting team and delegating responsibilities
- Interacting with various stakeholders, including executives, board members and regulatory bodies

- Knowledge of Oracle is welcome, orientation US GAAP is a plus
- Strong computer and Excel skills
