We are currently seeking for passionate and dynamic guest focused Front Office professional.

As a Front Office Manager you are responsible for the operations of Front Office with a primary focus on overall operation at Reception, ensuring end of the day procedures and subsequent reports are completed in an accurate and efficient manner.

Your role will include key responsibilities such as:
• Actively elicit guest feedback and preferences, regarding hotel services and ensure action is initiated on the same to maximize guest satisfaction
• Ensure that all accounting and auditing practices are in line with company policies
• Lead and coach the team towards achieving highest level of exceptional guest service

The ideal candidate will work well under pressure in a fast paced environment and be a great leader, who thrives in working with a multi-cultural team and guests alike.

We will expect from you
- proven work experience as a Front Office Manager or a hotel front desk supervisory experience
- good organizational and multitasking abilities
- problem-solving skills
- experience in drawing up and updating handouts, procedures, work instructions and check lists to ensure that the quality standard of daily operations in all areas of the Front Office is consistently high
- proficiency in English (oral and written)

Computer literate and knowledge of Opera will be highly regarded.
